The OC Wall does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any of the information, content or advertisements contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the walls contained on this website nor the quality of any products, information or other materials displayed, purchased, or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information or offer in or in connection with the walls.

You hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any information shall be at your sole risk. The OC Wall reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in any portion of the service.

We like to keep things as simple as possible… life is way too complicated as it is. We hope these policies are helpful, however we welcome your input which you may forward to us at info@ocwall.com

USING SPACE ON THE OC WALL

When you agree to use wall space on The OC Wall you are entering into a simple agreement with us (OrgWalls.com). Your use of wall space does not in any way convey any real property or ownership value in The OC Wall or OrgWalls.

ACCEPTANCE AND QUALIFICATION

Your use of wall space on The OC Wall is contingent upon acceptance and qualification which is determined solely at the discretion of The OC Wall staff and OrgWalls.com. Once qualified and accepted, your usage of selected wall space on The OC Wall allows you to:

  1. Provide and maintain an image of your choice.
  2. Provide a popup description (up to 255 characters).
  3. Provide a URL clickthrough from your wall space.
  4. Utilize other options and components that may be offered now or in the future.

Your acquisition of selected wall space on The OC Wall does not allow you to:

  1. Use inappropriate images not related to the content on the Wall to be determined solely at the discretion of The OC Wall. You should know what this means.
  2. Hack into our system or in any way disrupt or degrade the software platform that serves The OC Wall and related sites.
  3. Promote any illegal, unethical, or inappropriate business or offer.

There may be things that are beyond our control like:

  1. Server or internet failure
  2. Software malfunction
  3. Acts of war and other unpleasant stuff

We’ll always do our best to make sure everything is working properly and you get the very best service possible (which is in everybody’s best interest)... but don’t ask for compensation if any of these things happen because there will be… no compensation.
